Emma was born in Paisley on the west coast of Scotland.

I went to school in a small village called Lochwinnoch and

then Johnstone high school and finally Portree high on the

Isle of Skye. Robin and I met when he was working on the

Isle of Skye during the summer of 1998. We were married in

2005 at Overton House,Dumbarton. I found my faith in God

in my early 20`s and I have always seeked God`s hand on my life.

I have my step son Daniel, who I have brought up with Robin since he was 7, we then

adopted our daughter Fern in 2008, we fostered our other daughter Dallas at various points in her life. In 2010 I gave birth to Kate Esther Harvey and two years later I had Neve Grace Harvey.

Fern Harvey

Robin and Emma's daughter Fern, decided to go to Haiti and work with the Ocean Project on marine conservation as part of her summer job whilst studying Marine Biology at Aberdeen University.  She worked on rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles. Fern enjoyed her time in Haiti and spent some time teaching English to the Haitian people.

Allan Parkinson - Treasurer

Allan has been a friend of Robin & Emma since when they lived in Aberdeen, dipping into their lives at various times over the years.  From one of these interactions came the closer involvement with the Foundation, drawing on experience serving other charities and helping with governance. Although retired from a career in engineering Allan continues to be actively involved in his local church and running a legislative compliance company.
